Sufian Allaw (born 1944) is the current Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Syria.

Early life, education and career

Allaw was born in al-Bukamal in Deir ez-Zor Governorate in 1944. He earned a degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from University of Aleppo in 1966.
